Delegate Selection Process
Campaigners' top-quality Delegates are the foundation for and major contributors to our quality work and service. A rigorous selection process results in exceptional personnel, a low turnover and peak performance for clients.
PROCESS:
- Detailed job description created.
- Field Supervisor, Field Recruiter, and clients develop an SKB Profile (Skills, Knowledge and Behavior) for the candidate.
- Campaigners' recruiter searches Delegate database or identifies new candidates through:
- Delegate Referrals: Delegates earn fees for identifying qualified candidates.
- Casting Calls: Highly-effective open casting calls are held in key markets at least once per quarter.
- Internet Recruiting: Campaigners subscribes to and solicits individuals from leading Internet job boards.
- Tradeshow and Convention Networking: We attract new talent through our participation at key shows.
- Potential new Delegates are interviewed to determine SKB fit and qualifications via:
- Phone screen
- Face-to-face interviews
- Ride-alongs
- Drug and criminal background checks

Delegate Training
At the beginning of each campaign, Delegates attend either centralized, regional or in-market training to establish a strong working relationship with the client and knowledge of the product.
IN-MARKET TRAINING INCLUDES:
- Product and image training from the client
- How to present and bring the product to life from Campaigners
- Extensive role-playing scenarios to ensure thorough product knowledge
- Detailed training/sales reference binder
- Videotaped training sessions for multimedia CDs or DVDs
ONGOING TRAINING:
- Mandatory Monthly Conference Calls: New products introduced. Best practices shared. All calls are recorded and may be reviewed by client and Delegate for up to 30 days.
- Effective Sales Tools: Presentations, brochures,
- email blasts and customizable Q Cards covering
- objectives, areas of focus, branding messages and
- any other information pertinent to success.
- In-Field Training and Coaching: Territory Managers
- routinely travel with Delegates for on-the-job training
- and quality-assurance checks.
- Performance Coaching and Rewards: Positive
- reinforcement includes on-the-spot rewards and
- positive peer ranking. Issues are addressed
- through demonstration and coaching.
