Campaigners helped Rio stand above the competition during the busy holiday season. Through a special holiday campaign, our Delegates impacted Rio’s consumers by improving their retail experience. With enthusiastic Delegates and a great product, Rio achieved a substantial increase in our ROI over the course of 2 months.

SOLUTION

• Implemented Rio Sales Day Blitz to cover stores in key markets on the weekends
• Educated consumers and retail sales staff on Rio’s MP3 Players benefits and its easy
   download software
• Demonstrated products provided by Rio to showcase their compact size and
   easy to use features
• Implemented a real-time Internet reporting system (ResultsNow™) enabling immediate
   sales tracking, stock out information, competitive information, and consumer behavior data

RESULTS

• Overachieved return on investment goal with a substantial increase in ROI during Sales Days
• Sold more units per day than originally forecasted associates
• Conducted in-person training on product features and benefits of Rio products for over 7800
   retail sales associates
• Reported low stock incidents at retail
• Resolved security packaging issue so that units could be displayed on the floor
• Secured paid displays and reported to client when paid displays were not implemented in
   retailer, giving leverage to client for refunds
